Paige is an accomplished wedding and event planner, having managed well over 100 events with rave reviews and recognition as one of the best. When working with clients and vendors, she’s known for her personal, fun and approachable style which she blends seamlessly with outstanding professionalism at all times. Her ability to multi-task and keen attention to detail are pillars to her success as a planner. She believes every event, big or small, should breathe personality and create a lasting, memorable experience for guests.
She studied Communications at Simon Fraser University and is a Certified Wedding Coordinator through the Wedding Planner’s Institute of Canada. Paige has managed events of all shapes and sizes for a variety of high profile companies, organizations and political figures. Her event planning experience spans diverse sectors, including weddings, corporate, social and not-for-profit. With a strong belief that you’re never done learning, especially in the ever-changing event industry, she continues to attend classes, workshops and conferences each year.
Paige is married to her best friend, Adrian, and together they have a Golden Retriever named Marty. She’s passionate about family, and has a love for design, fashion, DIY projects and all things that sparkle.
Jordan Moe | Event Planner
As an experienced event professional and lover of all things beautiful, Jordan has always had a passion for bringing the greatest details of beauty in the smallest of things to life. She has successfully planned and executed hundreds of events and weddings of all sizes and has built a strong reputation around her main priority, to deliver results while ensuring the event planning process is as stress-free and fun as possible for her clients.
An avid learner, Jordan graduated from the Simon Fraser University Beedie School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Marketing. After finishing at SFU, she began working in social media at lululemon athletica before pursuing her dream career, Event Management, in 2010. Since that time, she has worked with corporations, not-for-profits, and individuals to bring their event and wedding plans to life and leave a lasting impression on guests. Whether working as a team or on her own, she is always known for being energetic, positive, professional, and detail-oriented.
When she's not busy with events, you can find her scoping out new trends and projects on Pinterest, volunteering with many local causes, on the yoga mat, or hiking the local trails.
Stephanie Rennie | Assistant Coordinator & Marketing Manager
Stephanie has a strong background in event support, online marketing and graphic design. Her ability to manage event day logistics while showing grace under pressure is what she has come to be known for. Stephanie ensures that event days run on schedule, all the details are completed to perfection, and any unlikely issues are dealt with before anyone has time to notice.
She attended Douglas College for Communications and recently completed her Associate of Arts specialized in Sociology. She has also received a Certificate in Communications. With a new-found passion for graphic design, Stephanie plans to pursue supplementary courses to enhance her skills and knowledge in this area.
Stephanie is always excited to dive head first into a new project. Discovering new marketing philosophies and trends is her favourite part of the ever-developing industry. With creativity, organization and innovation, Stephanie has been able to create a diverse collection of successful marketing strategies for all types of events.
